What is an AI credit?

Each piece of AI work uses credits: writing a message or reply uses 1, researching a company 3, finding more contacts 2, a news check 2 and a search for new companies 5. Automatic research never uses more than 60% of your credits, so there is always plenty left for your team.

Where do the companies and contacts come from?

Public sources only: company websites, public business registers, news and trade press. Emails are only shown when they are published, or marked as likely where the company's email format is public. You can also import your own list from a spreadsheet.

Who can see our data?

Only your team. Each company's data is kept separate, and you can download everything or delete it all at any time from Settings.

Does it send emails for us?

No. It writes the message and opens it in Outlook, Gmail or your email app, ready to check and send. Your team stays in control of every message.

Can we cancel?

Yes, any time from Settings, Billing. Your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for.
